COVID-19 Resources

Beekeeper’s Next Normal Package to help companies recover and adapt to the “next normal” of the post-COVID-19 era. The mobile communication platform includes a chatbot that provides instant answers to COVID-19-related questions from Johns Hopkins and WHO; mobile shift schedules and shift communication; newsfeed-style streams for updates on cleaning and maintenance, administrative updates, continuous process and quality improvements; mobile forms and checklists with templates; mobile surveys and personalized campaigns; mobile document library with up-to-date guidelines and protocols; and four-stage guide for navigating the “next normal.”

Honeywell’s ThermoRebelliontemperature monitoring solution and temperature monitoring solution conducts non-invasive, preliminary screening of personnel entering a facility using infrared imaging technology and can identify whether personnel are wearing the required personal protective equipment. The system is powered by AI so each individual pixel captured by the camera is rapidly assessed for elevated temperature and automatically logs data to simplify and standardize record-keeping for compliance.

Honeywell’s Healthy Buildings Score "internet of things" software analyzes building sensor data like HVAC and security systems to calculate how suitable a building is for re-opening. The system analyzes real-time data across factors that keep a building healthy, including indoor air quality and ventilation; uses video surveillance to measure the flow of people and determine how closely social distancing efforts are being followed; integrates new entry policies, such as temperature screenings and PPE requirements; and develops a score and real-time recommendations that can be shared with employees to reassure them that building is safe to enter.

Aclaimant COVID-19 Response Module is free through March 31, 2021, to any United States-based organization that signs up by June 15, 2020. The platform, which includes an app, web portal and help hotline, provides contractors with incident reports for documentation, safety checklists, analytics dashboards, digitized notes and files and more to keep their employees safe during and after this pandemic.

Apps

Curri, the Uber of construction supply delivery, works with major suppliers for last mile delivery. Contractors, sales executives from suppliers and project managers place orders and can request on-demand or scheduled delivery and place via the website or app. Live tracking and real-time updates allow users to follow and share the status of the delivery.

Products

Bosch’s “HELL-ION” 18V high-powered 16-amp turbo charger with Power Boost Mode charges a CORE18V 8.0Ah Lithium-ion battery to 50% in 15 minutes or 80% in 26 minutes. The Bluetooth Connectivity Module allows the user to monitor charging levels and status.

Software & In the Cloud

Unanet A/E powered by Clearview ERP software for A/E industries has integrated payments processing technology from Stripe. The Stripe feature is integrated with Unanet A/E’s new invoice delivery and payments function, which streamlines invoicing with enhanced tracking tools, automated reminders and online payment facilitation that supports both ACH and credit cards. The functionality also includes financial reconciliation and reporting.

Riskcast productivity and forecasting tool for the construction industry enables project teams to track labor, material, equipment and job cost without the need to maintain multiple spreadsheets. Riskcast’s suite of tools now includes a T&M module and a contact tracing tool.

Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM 360 Assets module is a centralized location within BIM 360 that allows teams to track any project asset—materials, components and equipment, moveable equipment, and rooms or areas—from the design model through to operations. Asset information can be transferred from the model to the field, then be integrated into field workflows such as installation and inspection, where status can be tracked via QR code all from a smartphone. This data and all asset documentation such as manuals are stored in the module, making turnover to the owner and subsequent maintenance simple and predictable.

The Glimpse Group’s VR/AR platform for the AEC industry uses AR to show models of previous builds, review construction options to visualize an area's potential construction options, design proposals to view how everyone would see the project, full-scale VR simulations and lights and furniture previews This drag-and-drop AR experience enables users to preview an area's potential lighting or furniture options.
