Women in the Industry Love Their Jobs, Per Survey

Levelset, a payment and document processing platform, conducted a survey of 1,001 women. The result, “Survey of Women in Construction,” combines the responses of women in architecture, general contracting, subcontracting and other areas.

Here are some of the findings:

  • 78% of women surveyed said they love their job.
  • 81% said leaders at their companies encourage respect toward women.
  • 70% said their role in the industry is changing for the better.
  • 4 in 10 have experienced discrimination because of their gender.
