Since joining Concentra® in 2001, Dr. Jennifer Klose has been involved in all aspects of occupational health, from injury care management to workplace safety and prevention. She is a member of Concentra’s Therapy Medical Expert Panel that functions to develop guidance and resources for therapists to provide evidence-based treatment for injured workers. Clinically, she has achieved an advanced training certificate in manual therapy through the Manual Therapy Institute. Focusing on her executive leadership, Dr. Klose has completed her MBA in healthcare management as well as multiple business certificate programs. She is actively involved in many national therapy groups in which they collaborate to provide evidence-based research and publications to the field to promote positive therapy outcomes.

Dr. Lauren Koth graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She obtained her concussion specialist certification in 2019. She has been with Concentra as a Center Therapy Director since 2020 and is a subject matter expert in post-concussion syndrome. She helped develop and record the Medbridge series on post-concussion syndrome in the work compensation setting.
