Raising awareness of NFPA 241 could be critical to fire and life safety, suggests a white paper released by Ramtech. “No Site Left Behind: The Modern Fire and Life Safety Solutions for Construction” uses data from Turner Construction, a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, to highlight how National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidance should be prioritized.

Without a compliant fire safety system, Turner conducted a fire drill that evacuated 120 people in eight minutes. With a new, compliant system, Turner evacuated 240 people in under six minutes.
