Here’s a look at employment moves that occurred in the construction industry this month.

R. C. Stevens Construction Co.

R. C. Stevens Construction Co., recently celebrated its 95th anniversary. Founded in 1926 by Raymond C. Stevens, a pioneer in the design-build construction process, the company was the first general contracting firm in the Orlando, Fla., phone book. R. C. Stevens Construction Co. is a leading commercial and industrial construction company.

BELL Construction

Jeremy Mitchell and Eric Pyle recently were promoted to executive vice president of BELL Construction The two management team members have served the company for a combined 34 years. BELL provides general contracting, design-build, and construction management services across multiple sectors, including hospitality, office and transportation.

JLG Industries

Joe Kleiner was named regional vice president for Eastern United States and Eastern Canada for JLG Industries, Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company. Kleiner replaces Brent Miller, who recently was named vice president of channel management. Eric Zawilinski—director of supply chain solutions for JLG—received the Supply and Demand Chain Executive 2021 Pros to Know Award, which recognizes professionals for their efforts to keep supply chains afloat in times of crisis. JLG is a global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers.

JLL

Jason Lund joined JLL as managing director for its property management group. Lund will advise office, industrial, multi-housing, and retail clients on technology infrastructure solutions to increase their property value, decrease operating expenses, and measure and achieve sustainability initiatives. JLL’s 2,300 property management experts in the United States provide comprehensive real estate services in more than 1,200 buildings totaling more than 208 million square feet.

PALMISANO

Erin Comeaux has been promoted to project executive of PALMISANO, which specializes in historic renovation, hospitality, multi-family housing, modernized health care facilities and heavy civil projects. Comeaux will lead project teams and construction partners in PALMISANO’s New Orleans Commercial Operations Department.
