COVID-19 Resources

Meeting Owl Pro by Owl Labs panoramic smart video conferencing camera connects teams, clients, jobsites, contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders while maintaining social distancing. Conferencing can be used for sales calls, project evaluation, remote bids, pre-project planning, pre-construction meetings and virtual training.

Utilizing Bluetooth Tracing Technology, Contact Harald COVID-19 card and contact tracing platform records when two or more people are less than six feet apart for more than two minutes. If an employee tests positive for COVID-19, all close contacts are immediately notified to get tested and remain isolated until the results come in.

SafetyTek, which offered a free COVID-19 Workforce Health Analysis solution, offers its entry level SafetyTek Forever Free health and safety software at no cost. The cloud-based Workplace Safety Engagement Platform enables employees and contractors to self-report safety procedures, use of tools and PPE, and other updates via mobile phones; delivers, manages and assesses workplace safety talks; and monitors employee safety performance as real-time updates come into a reporting dashboard.

InstaCEIhas been accepted into Sputnik ATX, an Austin-based startup accelerator program. InstaCEI moves highway and horizontal construction project data into the digital age, helping engineers and field staff share data, moving manual work to a geospatial application.

Bosch Power Tools’ GTC400C 12V Max Connected Thermal Camerameasures, visualizes and analyzes thermal variance across diverse jobsites, including plumbing, electrical and construction. Electricians can analyze wiring and identify points of resistance that could lead to electrical fires, while MEP and HVAC contractors can visualize heat and air flow, and identify leakages and drafts.

Sena Industrial’s Tufftalk M headsetwith Bluetooth expertise features Mesh Intercom™, hearing protection, hands-free operation and multi-channel functionality. Tufftalk M is available in an over-the-head or hard hat version.

Infor Construction and Property Management cloud-based solution for contractors serving the healthcare and public sector industries, enables them to digitize operations and expand into property management roles. The platform offers embedded business intelligence and analytics, and SaaS capabilities to help businesses manage the entire building process from scaffolding to lease management. It includes enhanced financial management, including job cost accounting, purchase order management, simultaneous cash- and accrual-based accounting, and real-time insight into operational accounts receivable.

B2W Software has enhanced change order management capabilities within its B2W Estimate application. Estimators can add, modify and track change orders directly within an original estimate and create any number of new change orders associated with a base bid. Users can also lock the portion of the bid containing the change order once it has been accepted to prevent further modifications.

eSUB Construction Software, field data collection and construction project management software for trade contractors, now has Project Summary Dashboards that provide information about a project’s risk and profit on one screen. Features include financial summaries, snapshots of real-time job costing data and projected profitability, document management analytics for flagging overdue items, newsfeed of job site photos and flexible views for visualizing data.

Deputyhelps manage hourly paid or shift workers. Construction managers can dispatch employees to jobsites, see real-time attendance, handle last-minute changes as well as record tasks, communication and working hours. Deputy integrates with most payroll systems to export timesheets.

SmartPM Technologies’ open application programming interface enables users to transfer schedule progress, performance and key performance indicator data, which provides a real-time view into the overall health of construction projects. The open API integrates with leading business intelligence platforms, including Power BI, Tableau and Domo.

ServiceMax Asset 360 for Salesforce delivers a 360-degree view into install base, service contracts and asset performance to maximize equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs. Developed within Salesforce Field Service, Asset 360 offers pre-configured templates and industry best practices; visibility into warranty coverages; monitors the install base to ensure warranty-to-contract conversion while delivering on entitlements; and automates RMA/depot repair processes to manage returns, meet compliance and lower inventory costs with purpose-built interfaces.

XOi Technologies’ new Deep Linking feature enhances the integration of XOi and Key2Act for seamless transitions between the applications .The integration allows technicians to open XOi directly from the Key2Act MobileTech application and return to MobileTech with a single click. Data from Key2Act’s Schedule application facilitates the streamlined transition.
