Before joining CRH, Carlos held several positions at LafargeHolcim, including the Country CEO for Argentina or group head of research and development. Prior to that, he had a long career with ArcelorMittal, serving among other roles, as head of automotive R&D and CEO for ArcelorMittal Mediterranée in France.
