SCOPE ∣ Six-floor, 250,000-square-foot structure with 17 courtrooms, three hearing rooms, two escalators and four elevators—plus a 160-foot-long, 30-foot-deep tunnel for transporting inmates from the nearby Forsyth County Detention Center
