Construction is in the midst of a major industry transformation, with jobsites looking and functioning far different than prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Join Construction Executive in showing what it’s like to work in today’s building sector by submitting a photo in one of three categories: diversity, workforce and equipment/technology. Show off the interesting tools, equipment, technology, places, companies and people you get to interact with every day.

The #CEPhotoContest runs Nov. 30, 2021-Jan. 31, 2022 on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Three finalists (one per category) will be featured in Construction Executive, with the winner taking home a $250 Amazon gift card (plus $100 for each runner-up).

Here are the full contest details:

• Share a photo of your construction work with @ConstructionMag via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #CEPhotoContest and the category your photo falls into: #MeritShopDiversity; #MeritShopTech; #CEPhotoConTech; #MeritShopWorkforce. You can submit anything from professional shots to selfies. Quality and creativity count, and the higher the resolution the better, so share/save the largest file size possible.
• Submissions will be accepted from Nov 30, 2021-Jan. 31, 2022. Multiple entries are allowed.
• Submissions may come from an individual or company. Entrants are encouraged to tag their employer and colleagues.
• All photos will be reviewed by Construction Executive and Associated Builders and Contractors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Never put your safety or the safety of others in jeopardy in order to capture a photo. Non-compliant images will be ineligible to win.
• A least three finalists will be selected by Construction Executive staff and notified in February. They’ll be asked to provide a few more details about themselves and their job position and/or company. Permission must be granted to use any images or responses in the magazine.
• Finalists will be featured in Construction Executive and ConstructionExec.com.
• The winners (selected by committee) will receive a $250 Amazon gift card and the runners-up will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.
• Editors reserve the right to disqualify photos that show illegal, unsafe or discriminatory behavior, or that are in conflict with the ABC merit shop philosophy.
